As you know we have been in negotiations with Windsor Foods since April of this year. Up to this point negotiations have been very slow.

We have reached a point in negotiations where both sides agreed it would be best to bring in a Federal Mediator to assist us in working through the most difficult issues.  The first bargaining sessions where the Mediator was involved was on July 6th, 2007.

Negotiations for Monday, July 16th, have been concluded. The next negotiation date is scheduled for July 26, 2007.
