Food 4 Less workers overwhelmingly approved going on strike or engaging in other economic action against their employer if the Company fails to address the workers' concerns about:

• wage increases
• guaranteed hours of work and access to full-time jobs
• scheduling practices, and
• moving skilled work to lower paid classifications

Consumer leafleting actions in front of Food 4 Less stores throughout Southern California will begin immediately. STAND TOGETHER and support your co-workers and union brothers and sisters by attending a action Rally.
